well after my Unfill I can still only eat small amounts at a time BUT im hungry like 2 hours later so Ive been snacking more [on good things most of the time.] So I have a fill appt tomorrow and I dont know if I want him to give me a fill because I dont want to be to tight again that crap was PAINFUL and I dont want to be there again. Maybe ill ask him if he will do a TINY TINY fill so that I dont get hungry so fast after I eat.
What do you guys think....

I know...when you said you were getting a fill I was like WHHHHAAAT? It will be interesting to see what he has to say. Can you eat four ounces of protein?

Yes I can eat 4 oz of Protien sometimes a more. I am still losing VERY VERY SLOW but it is because Im still working out and tracking my food intake on myfitnesspal.com, but I dont like feeling hungry 2 hours after I eat my meal and its not head hunger its tummy growling hungry.
From everything I've read, when you're hovering around your sweet spot, the tiniest fill/unfill can make a BIG difference. I say go for the fill but make sure you can get the water down before you leave the office. That way, they unfill you right away if you're too tight. Good luck!
I'm right there with you sista ... I was too tight right before thanksgiving and had to have an unfil ... but I now feel like I need a little more restriction, but then sometimes I get filled off of very little ... you might as well try to get a little smigit of a fill and the nif its too tight, call to get some taken out

definately get a tiny fill. go slow so you stop before being too tight.
