Hello all of my beautiful friends! i know i know Im never on here anymore im sorry buy I got a DROID X and I can now blog from MY PHONE wootwoot look at me lol. well as of yesterday's weigh in I weigh 143.4 freakin pounds i was totally in shock because for like 4 months I was plateaued between 154-152 for 4 months! and then all of a sudden BAM! Its comming off like crazy again! i've lost 156.1lbs total so I weigh less that the amount of weight i've lost and it just baffles me I cannot believe that in March of 2009 i started this journey at 300lbs and now with all of my hard work and persistance I am to a point where i feel truly happy and beautiful and to a point where Im trying to lose anymore im still watching what I eat I still workout but im not obsessed over like I was when I was trying to get the weight off I eat until im full THEN I STOP and I throw th rest away I go to spin class on fridays but its like my lifestyle has changed like it was supposed to and its stuck and im happy that it has. I hope that I have in and am in some way, shape or form helped and am helping some of you with your journeys and always remember that you can email me or facebook me anytime (just let me know who you are lol) I am still here to help you! I love every one of you!!!!!!!
