No more excuses...


Its has been a while, well I was busy with Roller Derby and then all of my home life and things kept getting in the way and life just goes by so quickly without me even realizing it.

 Like I said in the last post I joined the Pensacola Roller Gurlz well my short lived roller derby career was put to a halt when I fell on my left knee a little too many times and tore my PCL it only hurts right now when I land on it or when I bend it and put pressure on it. So I was not able to skate or even do anything for a few weeks as far as exercise but now I have no more excuses, I can still skate but I can no longer be a roller gurl because the more I land on it the more torn it gets and would eventually need surgery which is what I am trying to avoid right now because it is a MAJOR MAJOR surgery and I don't want to have to do that, but it doesn't bother me when I skate, run, walk, exercise now that I've rested it just no direct impact.

ANYWAYS.... so now that Ive been doing nothing for 6 weeks I have gained some weight back because my body was use to burning 1000 calories 3-4 times a week and now its not :-( so I am going to get back on track and get my shit together.

I did have my photo shoot for roller derby done before I got injured I do want to share it freakin rocks.
