This Past Week...

It’s been a rough one...

I’ve been sick all week with sinus issues and have only worked out on Tuesday and Wednesday, [I’m slacking I usually workout everyday!!]

I will be working out today and tomorrow to make up for it, And I’ve just been so hungry all the time now that I can eat solids, I do smaller portions and better stuff for me but I just don’t get that full from it. I go for my 1st fill on Wednesday so hopefully that will help that problem...

I did get my Birthday present from my mommy!!!! She got me the Biggest Loser 30 day jumpstart book that I wanted!!! it teaches you how to do the exercises that they do on the show and it has like meal plans and YUMMY healthy recipes too...but the meal plans are for like 1600 calories and I think that is to much compared to what I’ve been told to eat of 1000-1200 for the banded but it gives you snacks and stuff that I could probably cut out because I don’t really eat allot of snacks I just eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. but anyway its an awesome book! I Love it! I will share some recipes when I get to that part in the book the pictures look super delicious!!!

WELL that’s it for me today! I’m going to the gym in a about an hour when I get off work...I’m scared to step on that scale after I get done...boooo....lol

Well it sounds okay to me that you've only worked out twice...You
ve been sick! When is you birthday? I am sure the 1600 calories a day alot for all the exercising they want you to be doing...that's probably why it is higher!

My Birthday was on the 11th on Monday...I worked out yesterday and Im SOOOOO sore today...but PBed for the 1st time last night...soooo have to slow down eating...it was just so good I wanted to eat it fast LOL.
