The trainer at work also is a trainer at CrossFit Everstrong here in Pensacola so she talked me into doing a free session with her at the CrossFit gym. OK this workout was only 16 minutes long and I am SOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRREEEEE This is the most sore Ive ever been My Legs are on Fire and have been on fire for the past 2 days!!! I wish I could afford to go there but it is EXPENSIVE maybe ill go for a month or so to get toned up and learn the workouts so I can do them myself at the FREE gym at work! ugh...My legs hurt so bad. BUT in the gym it says " The end result Justifies the Pain." LOL hopefully!! she had me doing "Burpees, Kettle Bells, BOX Jumps, and Air Squats!" here is a link to all the workouts they do... I thought I was going to die in that 16 minutes. But it was an amazing workout and I can tell if I do it all the time I will be TONE! LOL.

HOLY COW! I click the link and start scrolling through.ANY place that names an exercise or a group of exercises "AssKicking" is a place I am too afraid to walk into! LOL. It does sound amazing, and I am so sure that it will be lovely and painful, but I bet you would look KILLER (even more so than now!) after a few months of it...I think your idea to go for a month, then learn it all to do at the free gym...VERY smart :D
I totally admire that you're getting out there and doing that.. I'm just trying to work up the courage to do like Zumba or Spinning... I don't know about this CrossFit. I'm a bit of a pansy, lol.
Yea I only have done 1 session of Crossfit and I can definatly tell that if I keep doing it I will get alot more tone than I am right now. its expensive to me its 130 a month but I think It would be worth it to me to do it to get toned up.
